  We rented a high end condo from Carney select properties. We paid our security deposit to Crystal Title and escrow which is owned by relative of Carney. And we now have to go to court to get our security deposit back despite returning it in acknowledge perfect conditions. We also had to hire an attorney to terminate our lease half way through due to dishonest behavior and harassment from their realtor Gail Casale. We are also filing a complaint against her with The Department of Business and Professional Regulations (DBPR), the state organization that handles the issuance and monitoring professional licenses in Florida. According to our experiences and likely those of others We recommend everybody not to do business with them.
